Are the leagues or artists responsible for obtaining the sales tax license?

If the leagues and their artists are going to exhibit in one place/building, then the league may opt to secure the tax license for the group. Also, the individual hosting studio artist may opt to secure the tax license to be used by the other guest artists at that studio.  In some cases, each artist will be responsible for obtaining and filing their own sales tax license for their location
