Arizona Art Alliance will provide members with support for their outreach programs including funding, marketing, and assistance with curriculum development and virtual presentation.

Outreach is a primary focus of the Arizona Art Alliance.  The robust Veterans Art Program reaches hundreds of Veterans through the art classes hosted by the member organizations.  Arizona Art Alliance will provide members with support for their outreach programs including funding, marketing, and assistance with curriculum development. Arizona Art Alliances continues to champion the cause through the pursuit of grants and funding sources to sustain and expand the Outreach Program.

In addition to the Veterans Art Program, the Arizona Art Alliance invites member arts organizations to offer outreach classes for  Survivors of Suicide.  These classes are open to anyone whose life has been touched by suicide be it through loss or attempt.  AAG piloted the Survivors of Suicide art classes.  For more than 2 years, the classes have held consistent attendance and provides the much-needed benefits of art making to this highly stigmatized group.

The Survivors of Suicide Outreach Program operates on the same model as the Veterans Art Program.  We provide resources to member organizations providing classes to Survivors of Suicide.  In doing so, we can offer a broader range of classes and opportunities.

Arizona Art Alliance will continue to pursue exhibition opportunities for the outreach participants and champion the cause of Veterans and Survivors of Suicide in the community.

Arizona Art Alliance will collaborate with outreach programs and assist Arizona Art Alliance arts organization members to expand their outreach programs to reach a wide variety of populations. We will facilitate cross collaboration between arts organizations.  The goal is to have a robust calendar with something every day for at least one of our constituent groups.
